4. Working with Developing Countries
The content of this task can be adapted to suit any Curriculum for Excellence Level.
This task is a consideration of finance and ethics when working with Developing Countries.
Pupils will explore this concept and apply the principles in a hypothetical company created by each group. Pupils will also work together to explore the ‘Millennium Development Goals’ and their contribution to the peoples of the world.
The demonstration of learning will take the form of a presentation by each group of their proposed company to a chosen audience in the form of a ‘Company stall and presentation at an international seminar’.
